2.2 One Account Per User
Each user is only permitted to have one active account at jus88. Holding more than one account is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of accumulated balances and winnings.
3. Deposits & Payment Methods

3.1 Deposit Limits

3.2 Currency
All transactions at jus88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jus88 does not cover any foreign currency conversion fees. If your deposit is made in a currency other than MYR, the conversion cost will be borne by you.
4. Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

4.1 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus may only be claimed once per member / per household / per IP address / per device, unless otherwise stated.
- Jus88 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
- Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value until rollover requirements are fulfilled.
- Bonus expiry dates will be stated in the terms of each promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5. Withdrawal of Winnings
Withdrawals at jus88 are processed quickly — most withdrawal requests that meet all requirements will be completed within 15 to 60 minutes. Longer processing times may occur during peak hours or when additional security checks are required.
5.1 Withdrawal Conditions
- Your account must have completed basic KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
- The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used (to prevent money laundering).
- The minimum withdrawal is MYR 50 for most payment methods.

5.2 Delayed or Rejected Withdrawals

8. Account Closure & Suspension
Jus88 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to violations of the Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, or at the request of relevant authorities.
You may also close your own account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closure, ensure that all withdrawal conditions have been met and your winnings have been fully withdrawn.
